Daily Dishonesty Design posters
You will be creating 3 posters using Adobe Illustrator that pays homage to those little lies we tell ourselves just to make it through the day. Your daily dishonesty is supposed to be a humorous statement, but still be school appropriate. You want to express your sentiment using the power of design and typography.

Project Contraints:
- Pick a Graphic Design style from the given options -link below in Project Steps
- Use type, color, pattern and basic shapes
- No images or photography
- Choose 1-2 "daily dishonesty" phrases to create posters for
- Make at least 3 versions, if not 4

Project Steps:
1. Brainstorm a list of 5 Daily Dishonesties in your sketchbook
2. Read up on Introduction to Graphic Design Styles-LINK
3. Each of you will research the Graphic Design Style you are most drawn to:
4. Create an Inspiration gallery on our Miro Board focusing on the 1 Graphic Design style you'd like to use for your "Daily Dishonesty" poster. You should collect at least 10 image examples in that particular style. Go to Pinterest or search in Google Images for posters in your chosen graphic design style.
5. Do a mini analysis of 1-2 of your chosen images to point out the characteristics of your chosen graphic design style.
6. Explore color schemes and color harmonies you'd like to use in your 3 compositions (Adobe Color-LINK). Use colors that go with the graphic design style you have selected as your inspiration.
7. Sketch out 6 different compositions (with image and type) in your sketchbook.
8. You will choose 3 compositions out of your 6 to develop into your Illustrator digital images.

-Photoshop OR Illustrator (if Photoshop make sure document/image setting is 300 dpi)
-Ownership: Finishing drafts and final work on time and participating in critiques. Being resourceful and searching for tutorials to help you learn certain effects and being able to learn independently.
-Craft and Skill: Using Photoshop and Illustrator to achieve the visual effects you envision. The 3 finished posters demonstrate care and attention to detail to image and type.
-Envision: You have come up with a creative and unique poster designs (3) to showcase your 2 selected daily dishonesty quotes. You have used characteristics inherent to the graphic design style you selected to use as your inspiration and you can explain what you have "borrowed" from your graphic design style in your 3 posters.
Typeface and Legibility and Readability: It is easy to read your quote. You have used Hierarchy to showcase important words to highlight in your quote. The typeface you chose correlates with the graphic design style you selected.
